Our specialty in the sports marketing realm is helping organizations and corporations reach their target audience at the grassroots level.  While the traditional advertising mix has its place, we specialize in bringing products and brands directly to a specified market and creating a venue that allows them to experience it rather than just looking at an advertisement. 

Premier Sports has managed a wide variety of grassroots programs ranging from mobile marketing tours to sponsor-based school curriculums to on-line based messaging.

In today’s high-energy sports marketing business, no segment is getting more attention than the rapidly-growing and valuable youth market. Whether it's a sports property targeting its future fan base or a corporate sponsor connecting with a skyrocketing demo, the youth of a America have become a major 'player' in the sports marketing game.

NFL Punt, Pass and Kick
No grassroots program in our country has higher name recognition than Punt, Pass and Kick. Premier Sports was hired by the NFL in 1991 to manage the re-launch of the program under the league’s ownership. We started with a roll-out test programs in five NFL markets. The success was resounding. It quickly went nationwide the following year and, with Premier Sports playing a key role, the program evolved into a national phenomenon.

NFL Flag
Largely due to the success of PPK, the NFL developed a major youth-oriented campaign. The NFL wanted to get a football in the hands of as many kids, coast to coast, as possible. The feature attraction to this campaign was NFL Flag.  Using our experience and contact base, Premier Sports procured local youth organizations to form leagues. We provided them with everything necessary to implement a successful league.  The result is that football is now being played by a record numbers of kids aged 6-14.

MLS Dribble, Pass and Shoot
In its second year of existence, Major League Soccer decided it was time to develop its first major national marketing program. They knew who to target: the rapidly growing youth soccer markets. They also knew who to call and formulate the game plan: Premier Sports Management.  We built the program from scratch and it quickly became a significant part MLS.  In the first four years, the Dribble, Pass and Shoot program experienced significant growth under the strategic guidance of our youth marketing team. We managed the national program and worked closely with the league office and 12 member teams to insure the successful implementation in each team market.

NCCA
We developed an interactive fan "Welcome Center" to attract people attending the various NCCA Championship events and give them valuable information about the positive features of the NCCA. We also created a fan database through register-to-win promotions on site. The response to this project was so successful that the NCCA implemented a long-term plan to increase the fan experience at championship events . . . all centered around the Welcome Center.

Diamond Challenge
Created and developed by Premier Sports, the Diamond Challenge offers a tremendous avenue for sponsors to increase brand loyalty with a community-based program. The Diamond Challenge Tour hosted events in 20 cities, based on  title sponsor locations. Each local event has a FanFest atmosphere centered around skills competition for boys and girls, ages 8-15. Winners advanced through  several levels of competition, culminating in the Finals at a Major League Baseball stadium. Premier Sports owns and manages every aspect of the program, providing a comprehensive game-plan of benefits and opportunities for all sponsors.
